New consultants join Optimus Recruitment

Optimus Recruitment has appointed two consultants to its growing team of recruitment specialists.

Sharon Cushion joins Optimus as a Senior Consultant and will be responsible for compliance, while Anna Nowotarski joins as a Recruitment Consultant.

Ms Cushion said: “With hands on experience and an intimate understanding of the elements that make up compliance, I hope to be approachable to both clients and candidates. I enjoyed a very rewarding career in this area and hope that my experiences can help to increase exposure to what has become a vital area of any business.”

Ms Nowotarski commented: “After several wonderful years at home with my son, the opportunity to join Optimus felt like a natural way to enter the working world once more. Having experienced high-pressured sales roles in the past, the collaborative, supportive nature of Optimus’ business model really appealed to me. I hope to build strong, trusting relationships with both clients and candidates and match the right people with the right job.”
