New director at Moore Stephens Jersey

Moore Stephens Financial Management in Jersey has strengthened their senior management team with the promotion of Craig Wallder to director.

Mr Wallder joined the firm in March last year as a senior consultant and provides advice to clients on all aspects of investments, business and personal protection and retirement planning.

As director, Mr Wallder will take a more active role in the management of Moore Stephens, driving business growth and developing the firm’s investment advisory service.

Originally from Sheffield, Mr Wallder moved to Jersey in 1989 and worked for ten years as financial consultant at Rossborough Financial. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds a CISI Level Four Diploma in Investment Advice. He is currently studying towards the CISI Level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management.

Michael Norem, executive director at Moore Stephens Financial Management in Jersey, said: “With over 14 years’ experience in the industry, Craig is a valuable addition to the senior management team. He has a focused and intelligent approach to financial management, providing clients with workable solutions that meet their goals and at the same are realistic and achievable."

Mr Wallder said: “I look forward to working with the team to further strengthen our service and contribute to the strategic running of the business. I enjoy working closely with clients to help them achieve their financial needs and will build on this in my new role.”
