Change and project management specialists Marbral Advisory have recruited a new Change Architect in their Jersey office.

The firm said Charlotte Boyle’s position has been newly created and comes in response to the company’s growth.

Ms Boyle will be responsible for Change Management, Digital Transformation, Business Advisory and Technical Consultancy. She will join the firm's Circular Economy and Social Value task force, working towards sustainable business practices and advisory services.

She joins after a career spanning digital and technology sectors, including 10 years in UK film and broadcast working in projects such as Our Planet, Planet Earth II and Blue Planet.

She holds an ITIL Foundation 4 and is experienced in working with ExCo, senior leadership, IT management and customer-facing teams.

Ms Boyle has also recently become a member of Jersey IoD's Environment Sub-Committee.

Meanwhile, Ian Richardson has been appointed to the same position in the firm's Isle of Man office. However, Marbral says he will be "integram to projects across all of the British Isles."
