BWCI has appointed a new Pension Administrator after he successfully completed the firm's in-house training programme.
Mikus Eglitis's promotion comes as part of a series of 11 made during BWCI's 40th anniversary year.
Alison Hawkins, BWCI’s Senior HR Manager, congratulated everyone that received a promotion this year.
“It’s fantastic that we can demonstrate our commitment and dedication to developing our staff by awarding these promotions which signify another bumper year of development activity," she commented.
