Ogier has appointed a property and real estate finance specialist to Partner.
Katherine Marshall is part of the firm’s Property and Local Legal Services team.
She has a particular focus on institutional lenders lending into Jersey property structures, but also has experience working on a broad range of commercial transactions and residential development work.
The newly-appointed Partner was recently described in the Legal 500’s 2021 report as "extremely responsive, friendly and positive” and someone who adds “value in helping get the deal right and finding solutions to the obstacles encountered."
Welcoming the appointment, Partner Jonathan Hughes described her as “a valued part of the senior team in Ogier's Jersey Property and Local Legal Services team for the past 10 years".
