Ogier in Jersey advises on the launch of the latest $550m Index Ventures fund

Ogier has acted as Jersey legal adviser for Index Ventures in relation to the launch of its latest fund, Index Ventures VIII, which recently closed at $550 million.

Index Ventures VIII will continue to invest in seed and venture capital investments primarily in private European, United States and Israeli early stage companies.

Partner Niamh Lalor led the Ogier Jersey team assisted by senior associate Joanna Christensen and associate Tara Kapur.
