Pinel Advocates has recruited an Advocate with "extensive" commercial and residential property experience as a Senior Property Lawyer.
Advocate Peter Bertram will lead the development of Pinel Advocates' commercial and residential property offering.
Advocate Andrew Pinel, Pinel Advocates Partner, said: "We are excited about Peter's appointment and the development of our commercial and residential property services. Over the past few years, we have been advising on commercial property matters, but have not been taking on many residential property instructions. That will now change, with the recruitment of Peter and two consultant conveyancers. We can now provide a full commercial and residential property service and will bring our typically proactive and efficient approach to both."
Advocate Bertram added: "I am excited to be joining such a young and dynamic team, which already has within its ranks some considerable property law expertise."
