POS Interiors’ appointment focuses on business development

POS Interiors has made an appointment to its leadership team to focus on business growth and strategic services provided to clients in Jersey and Guernsey.

The company said Mike Culverwell’s newly created role reflects its growth ambitions and recognition of the importance of corporate culture.

Mr Culverwell will work alongside POS Managing Director Rory Inglis to set business strategy. He brings 25 years of consultancy experience working with organisations across many sectors to develop new services, and was previously a director of two UK-based service design consultancies.

“Mike understands how projects are conceived, planned and delivered and is well placed to help POS’s clients to understand what impact a positive workplace experience can have on an organisation’s people and productivity,’ said Rory Inglis, Managing Director of POS Interiors.
