Highvern Fund Administrators Limited, a new independent boutique fund services business, have made two senior appointments.
James Bryant and Ken Ritchie have joined the business as Head of Operations and Head of Accounting respectively.
Aidan O'Flanagan, Head of Funds at Highvern, commented on Mr Ritchie and Bryant's appointments, saying: “Our goal is to disrupt the traditional model of fund administration to give clients a level of service they have never seen before. To achieve this we will be investing in new IT, security, processes and, most importantly, staff who truly share our vision. Ken’s and James’ appointment clearly demonstrate Highvern’s commitment to achieving these results.”
Mr Ritchie said: “This is going be to a very distinct business, given Highvern’s philosophy. We are committed to building a truly boutique funds business that focuses on adding quality through new technology and specific processes backed by highly trained staff, whilst creating long term client relationships benefiting from real continuity and independence."
Mr Bryant added: “We can provide high quality service created exclusively for our clients because we are bespoke, committed, private and precise. Highvern’s heritage and proven track record of delivering quality service to its clients, speaks for itself.”
