Subject to regulatory confirmation, Dragica Pilipovic-Chaffey has also been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to both the CI Bank and CI Trust Boards.

Thomas Cummins, who was previously Head of Private Banking Jersey, has been appointed as Head of Private Banking Channel Islands. He will be responsible for consolidating the private banking activities in Jersey and Guernsey, as well as developing the client proposition and leading the commercial activities in the Channel Islands.

“Konstantin and Dragica bring decades of experience at the highest level and their appointments support both our governance and growth agendas. We are also delighted to be announcing the appointment of Thomas who will continue to grow our business in both islands," CEO Christophe Huchet said.

"We have ambitious plans to become the leading responsible bank for client service and expertise in the Channel Islands and they will all play a key role in delivering on our strategy.”
