Pinel Advocates has appointed Alison Hart as a consultant banking lawyer to its team.
Ms Hart has advised on a variety of multi-jurisdictional banking matters relating to property finance, syndicated lending and structured finance transactions.
She trained, and became a senior associate, at Allen & Overy LLP, London, and was also a secondee to the legal teams of two large investment banks.
