The panel of judges for this year’s Awards is chaired by Chris Clark, CEO Prosperity 24.7 and a past winner in the awards. He is joined by Claire Boscq-Scott, CEO, The Busy Queen Bee; Colin Macleod, CEO, Co-Op; Dr Andrew Mitchell, Consultant Cardiologist; and Nigel Le Quesne, Group Chairman & CEO, JTC Group.

Commenting on this year’s shortlist, Mr Clark said: "The panel has been impressed by the high quality of entries for this year’s awards, whilst the diverse range of organisations represented in the shortlist we have agreed on is particularly interesting. That Jersey is able to boast strong leaders from all corners of island life is clearly good news and we look forward to celebrating the success of all finalists at the ceremony in April.”

Michael Cushing, Jersey Managing Partner, Appleby, said: “Having supported these Awards since their inception in 2010, it is great to see that Jersey continues to show real strength in depth when it comes to producing business leaders. The private, public and voluntary sectors have all faced significant challenges over the last few years, but this year’s shortlist demonstrates that individuals who are innovative and dynamic can help steer their organisations towards a successful future.”
