Suntera Global appoints Global Head of Talent

Thursday 10 November 2022

Suntera Global has appointed Natalie McMullen as Global Head of Talent to support the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

In her role, Ms McMullen will draw on her considerable knowledge and expertise to support the management and development of the firm’s global recruitment and talent strategy, whilst also playing an integral part in implementing specific talent and recruitment initiatives for the HR team.

With experience in international recruitment and resourcing spanning more than a decade in both an in-house and external capacity, Ms McMullen joins Suntera Global from financial services-focused recruitment agency Axal Leine, which she co-founded and has grown into a successful business over the past two and a half years.

Prior to that, she has worked extensively in the offshore legal, insurance and fiduciary sectors where she gained a strong track record in creating effective resourcing strategies and delivering on a broad cross-section of brand-led recruitment and training objectives.

Commenting on Ms McMullen's appointment, Sharon De Mendonca, Chief People Officer at Suntera Global, said: “Natalie joins us at a time when Suntera Global is expanding significantly, both organically and through the execution of its ambitious acquisition strategy, particularly in the Channel Islands, Europe and the US. In line with that, we are acutely focused on our long-term talent acquisition needs.

"Natalie, who brings with her a huge amount of international experience, will play a central role in attracting the best people and cementing Suntera’s reputation as an exciting and fulfilling place to work, where people are empowered to reach their full potential.”
