Structural engineers T&G have hired three new staff members to join their pan-island team.

Grace Mather is joining T&G Jersey as a structural engineer after finishing her Masters Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering at Newcastle University.

Having worked previously for the company, Tom Nichols re-joins T&G Guernsey as a Revit Technician specialising in 3D design software.

Etienne Wyser, who recently completed a Masters in Civil and Coastal Engineering from Plymouth University, also joins the Guernsey team in a structural engineer role.
"Developing the company in line with client needs has always been a keystone in our strategy, whether that's through evolving our expertise and technology to offer advanced engineering services or having the depth of talent needed to meet market demand," T&G Director Tom McCarthy commented.

"The appointment of Tom and Etienne in Guernsey and Grace in Jersey aligns with the latter, although the skills, enthusiasm and fresh outlook they bring will certainly support our continued service development too."

"This is an exciting time to start my engineering career in a role with T&G," commented Grace, who like Etienne spent work experience time with the company before being offered a permanent position.

"I loved my time at university but am now ready to apply learning in practice. Having experienced the type of work T&G is involved in, the technology used and services provided, I can't wait to get started."
