Livingroom has appointed two new team members to its Jersey office.
The estate agent says the appointments of Lettings Negotiator Charlotte Huish and Sales Negotiator Mark Greenfield come as part of their plans to expand.
Ms Huish, who previously has worked in advertising and marketing, will be responsible for market appraisals, viewings and communicating with landlords and tenants.
Mr Greenfield joins after eight years working in the property sector across residential and commercial sales.
Simon Torode, Livingroom Founder, CEO, commented: "The market is incredibly busy so adding Charlotte and Mark's experience and know-how will really strengthen our team and help them to meet demand."
He added: "These appointments are the latest part of our growth story in Jersey, since we launched here in October 2018, and it's testament to our team's dynamism and incredibly hard work that we've made such a meaningful impact in the Jersey property world."
