Viberts has announced two senior appointments to its team of Jersey lawyers: Advocate Rebecca Morley-Kirk and Advocate Hiren Mistry.
They say the appointments are in response to a, “...strong demand for the services of its commercial and dispute resolution departments."
Managing partner of Viberts, Zoe Blomfield, said: “Viberts is well known for the quality of its dispute resolution work. Our advocates have appeared before the Royal and Appeal Courts in a number of cases breaking new ground for Jersey law.
“Rebecca and Hiren make excellent additions to the team. By adding their depth and experience we aim to cement Viberts’ reputation for offering first class dispute resolution and astute, cost effective commercial advice.”
Having practiced as a Barrister in London and worked in private practice in Jersey, Advocate Hiren Mistry has now joined the commercial team.
Advocate Rebecca Morley-Kirk has been appointed as a partner in the litigation team where she will work alongside Advocate Christina Hall.
