Zedra expands senior team with three appointments

Paul Nayar, Joe Donohoe and Mark Cleary have joined independent trust, corporate and fund services company Zedra across the Channel Islands.

Paul Nayar and Mark Cleary will work between Jersey and Guernsey as Finance Director and Head of Relationship Management and Funds, respectively.

Mr Nayar will be responsible for all financial procedures, policies, controls and reporting systems, while Mr Cleary will oversee relationship management of bespoke fund services, and act on a number of Fund boards.

Joe Donohoe will take on the new role of Client Director, which will see him manage a global portfolio of High Net Worth families.

Commenting on the new hires, Ashley Cox, Zedra's Managing Director, said that the new recruits, "..will be influential in delivering the strategic vision of the company in their respective sectors and their vast experience working in pivotal roles in the international finance arena will be paramount to our development as we move forward with our strategy for continued growth and excellent customer service."
