A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual educated to A Level / degree standards, to join our clients Listings team, on a permanent basis. As an Assistant Analyst you will provide assistance and support to the team for the administration of the Listing Rules. Duties will include undertaking appropriate due diligence under the guidance of the Director and Head of Market Regulation to ensure that all pertinent information of an Issuer is identified and reporting those findings for consideration, liaising with Listing Members in respect of Listing Applications as well as overseeing on-going Listing Applications and preparation of standard documentation.
