An experienced senior Risk & Compliance professional required to drive multiple initiatives of a leading fiduciary services provider.  The successful candidate will have a key role in the team, with a primary focus on further enhancing the strong Compliance framework and culture within the Group, acting as Deputy to Head of Risk & Compliance and playing a key role in providing a technical and holistic view to help support the business and Compliance team. In performing this role, the role holder will have regard to all relevant laws and regulations, company policies, procedures and practices and act to support and protect all the firms business undertaken in Jersey. The successful applicant will have a solution driven approach, with a practical, commercial outlook, and comprehensive financial services regulation and risk management experience.  A strong regulatory change management background is essential, with well-honed interpersonal and influencing skills.
