Full Description

Due to continued strong growth, our client is now looking for a Client Due Diligence Administrator for a period of 9 Months. You will be responsible for undertaking gap analysis to identify CDD requirements for all new and existing clients.

Main responsibilities will include, undertaking CDD reviews, undertaking gap analysis, liaising with client facing teams, tracking outstanding items, keeping systems up to date, maintenance of the PEP Register, ensuring CDD documentation is maintained, preparation of exceptions, assist with weekly/monthly reporting and assisting more junior staff with CDD queries.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 years experience working in Anti-Money Laundering and/or Client Due Diligence environment
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication skills ability to liaise effectively with clients and investors
  • Ability to read and interpret structure charts
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • Good prioritisation skills to deal with a high volume of time sensitive tasks quickly and appropriately
  • Good judgement and decision making skills
  • Accurate, compliant, and methodical
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines
  • Competent user of IT
