AP Executivehttps://www.ap-executive.com/A regulated organisation in Jersey is seeking to appoint an in-house counsel specialising in competition law.Reporting to a legal director you will be responsible for undertaking competition law enforcement work. This unique opportunity covers both contentious and non-contentious competition law. The role encompasses competition law enforcement work, ranging from formal investigations to more informal interventions, make assessments of mergers and acquisitions whilst acting as a key first point of contact. To be suitable for this role you will need to be an Advocate of the Royal Court in Jersey or a Solicitor or Barrister of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland (or equivalent body ie common-law qualified).
