IT Service Desk Engineer
Due to growth our client, a leading IT services company, is looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer. This is a varied, interesting and challenging position, and the successful individual will spend a large amount of time on client sites, working with initiative to respond to support calls and assist end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues.
Applicants should have previous IT helpdesk experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Software, ideally understanding of Hyper-V and/or VMware, experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and/or Citrix XenApp and the ability to implement and support Microsoft and third-party application software including M365.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and conscientious, with great attention to detail and a passion for IT innovation! Great remuneration and benefits for the right person!
