OFC Partners are representing a fast growing, entrepreneurial tech business which has recently re-domiciled in Jersey. The Jersey office is currently being set up and the Executive Director is looking for an ambitious and proactive operations assistant to support the office in an excited role which will provide the candidate with exposure to various aspects of a successful operating business. The business is well-capitalised, has ambitious growth plans and will allow this individual to take on more responsibility as they grow.You will work closely with the rest of the team and act as the office superhero, keeping morale high, helping to organize staff events, instigating great new office initiatives, working with suppliers and customers, and generally keeping the wheels well-oiled. The role will also include a commercial element and will allow to candidate to grow in a number of ways to suit their ambitions. This role will see your duties include but not be limited to:The ideal candidate will be uber organised, have high work standards and be very comfortable using navigating the internet (training will be given on the more technical aspects).
