This well capitalised firm has recently won a significant Corporate Real Estate client which has brought about the need for additional resource if you want to be part of a growing team at the start of their journey, get in touch today!As a result of this significant client win and further business success, they are looking to bring on an experienced Corporate Real Estate Manager to be client lead on all key Administration matters. You will work alongside Senior Management in overseeing a Senior Administrator and growing out your team throughout the next year.As this position is within a new and growing business, the list of responsibilities is not prescriptive; you will be involved in all aspects of Client Relationship Management, team management, administration work, board meetings, managing transactions and much more.This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Chartered Secretary, TEP practitioner or Accountant (ICSA, STEP, ACA or ACCA) with a strong knowledge of Real Estate Administration who wants to join a collaborative, new business without the restraints of legacy issues.You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, have clear career progression, work in a unique environment and be given an excellent benefits package.
