Description - This is a senior position requiring the post holder to work autonomously, whenever necessary, with the ability to support the team and senior employees to ensure workload is completed accurately, effectively and efficiently. (This is a 6 month FTC to cover maternity leave on a part-time basis.) To provide accounting services for a client base comprising trusts, companies, partnerships and foundations. To maintain expert knowledge of company and trust administration in relation to accounting and bookkeeping procedures and an astute awareness of money laundering and regulatory issues.  Responsibilities - To manage the accounting of a varied portfolio of more complex corporate structures this includes the accounts preparation and bookkeeping duties. To maintain a wide and detailed knowledge and understanding of corporate accountancy generally, to include anti money laundering, compliance and relevant legislation. Work with the administrators to ensure that group workloads are completed to the highest possible standards, within the agreed timescales and that the objectives of the group are fulfilled. Develop close working relationships with relevant clients, auditors and contacts within the Group, and to strengthen key relationships through regular contact. Provide innovative and practical answers to queries, being alert to both commercial concerns and technical accuracy. Oversee and assist the Client Accounting Officers and deliver the full suite of management services for the team.
