Full Description

The Senior Infrastructure Analyst will support the Infrastructure Team with maintaining and improving the IT Infrastructure, performance and high availability of systems and business continuity.

You will support various IT teams within the business to ensure successful completion of IT and cloud strategy initiatives, so the post holder should be proactive in the managing and monitoring of software applications, server infrastructure, backups and be able to diagnose and resolve problems in an analytical manner that minimises disruption to stakeholders.

Some of your other responsibilities include, but won't be limited to:

• Assist in the design and implementation of new IT solutions and optimisation of existing infrastructure and applications.
• Support the Infrastructure Manager with management of network security compliance and adhere to corporate security policies applying security best practices across the estate.
• Support the Patch Management process to ensure that all systems are updated and secure at all times by working with team members to maintain patch deployment operations.
• Ensure best value for money is delivered while ensuring fit for purpose support and solutions to the business and to agreed timescales.
• Support the mobile/hybrid device management infrastructure and development of cloud

Preferably candidates will have a proven track record in delivering results through team-based working and have experience/be familiar with: Microsoft Azure and Office 365, Microsoft Windows 2016/2019 Server, VMware vSphere 6.5/7, Microsoft Exchange 2016/Exchange Online, On premise and Cloud Backup and Recovery, Windows Domain and Azure Active Directory.
