Our client, a highly reputable offshore legal practice, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to act as the first point of contact for delivering IT technical support to offices globally. Key responsibilities of this role include the provision of technical support for all IT related service requests and incidents, the provision and maintenance of desktops, laptops and mobile devices and providing first and second line support alongside senior members of the team. At least one years experience in a similar role is required, together with a basic knowledge and understanding of the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10, Active Directory, Windows Server, Cisco Call Manager, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Citrix, Mobile Iron and iManage Document Management System.
