Jersey's Government has confirmed the current number of officially recorded active cases of covid-19 stands at 864.
80 new cases have been recorded since Christmas Eve, with 146 people listed as "recovered."
The official statistics were published today for the first time since Thursday, and do not fully reflect cases which might come from gatherings on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

25 people are currently in hospital being treated for covid, with 63 cases in care homes.

The island has conducted 229, 802 tests, with 524 still awaiting results.
