A 42-year-old man accused of attacking a woman will be facing a jury trial in Royal Court later this year.
Marcio Patricio Figueira Dias is denying one count of grave and criminal assault on a woman.
He appeared before Royal Court on Friday with his lawyer, Advocate Francesca Pinel.
The jury trial is set to take place over two days starting on 30 September.
Mr Dias is currently under conditional bail.
