It was then said to “overtake a number of parked cars at speed” near where young children were making their way to Grouville School.

The van was then reported to have travelled over Grouville Hill, along Bagot Road and La Route du Fort before turning rightonto St. Clement’s Road. The driving manner of the person behind the wheel was described as “aggressive and dangerous.”
