Two men were arrested over the weekend following a fight that left one man in hospital.
Police said the brawl involving "several males" took place between 19:35 and 19:45 on Friday 6 October on New Street near the junction with Union Street.
Two men were arrested and were in police custody on Saturday night.
Another man suffered injuries that needed medical attention, but he was later released from hospital.
Officers said that footage of the fight had been shared on social media.
Officers want to know more about the incident and are asking anyone who saw what happened or who has more information is asked to call them on 612612, selecting option 2 then option 4.
