Police are appealing for witnesses who saw an attack on a man outside Snow Hill toilets on Saturday evening.

A man was attacked by another man outside the toilets at around 6.20 pm on Saturday, and police say that it was witnessed by lots of people.

The police say that the victim suffered minor injuries in the attack.

A statement from the police said: “Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident which occurred on Saturday 18th October 2014 at approximately 6.20 pm near to the motor cycle parking at Snow Hill Car Park.

“The incident involved two males in their twenties involved in an altercation which was seen by numerous members of the public who were in the area.”
