A 48-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with an alleged attack at the junction of Trinity Road and Trinity Hill.
In an appeal for more information, Police said the reported assault took place at 12:30 on Sunday (1 March).
"The incident involved a man and a woman, both in their 40s, on the roadside. The woman was wearing a dark orange dress and the man was in dark clothing. Neither party sustained any injuries and they are both known to each other," officers explained.

They added that a 48-year-old woman was arrested "some time later" and has since been released on bail while enquiries continue.
