12% of registered voters chose to have their say during the two ‘advance polling days’ in Guernsey’s election.
On Sunday 15 June, 1036 people cast their votes, with 2,300 people completing their ballot papers yesterday.
They used the advance polling stations at Beau Sejour, Les Maingys, and Styx with Beau Sejour proving the most popular across both days.
Tuesday was far busier than Sunday with more than double the number of voters having their say in total.
The majority of the 27,316 voters registered are expected to visit a polling station on Wednesday – with ballot boxes open at eight locations across the island.

Postal voters account for 10,391 people on the electoral roll – with many already sending theirs in.
Anyone who has a postal vote but hasn’t sent it in can drop it off to a polling station or Sir Charles Frossard House before 20:00 on Wednesday.
All of the votes will be stored in an undisclosed secure location overnight before being counted on Thursday 19 June.
The count is taking place at Beau Sejour in the Sir John Loveridge Hall.
It will be closed to the public, with the media able to view the count from the balcony overlooking the hall.
The results are expected to be declared sometime on Thursday evening/night.
The plan is to give the candidates and public advance warning of when that will happen so anyone who wishes to be there in person can get to Beau Sejour.
The declaration of results will be open to the public.
