The Guernsey Biological Records Centre and the Nature Commission are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

The crucial role involves managing, analysing, and disseminating biological and ecological data for Guernsey and Herm.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping to inform future environmental decision-making by the States, local businesses, and the wider community.

In their own words Guernsey’s Nature Commission “recognises that our natural environment is declining in biodiversity and, hence, health” and it is “working hard to reverse this trend by protecting and enhancing Guernsey’s natural environment for the health of our economy and the wellbeing of our island community”.

It makes sense then that the perfect candidate would suit working “within a passionate team dedicated to environmental protection” and would enjoy “contributing to meaningful environmental work”.
