Citizens Advice Guernsey has launched a new website, which it hopes will make it easier for people to find information and get help.

The new site would have a “more user‑friendly experience”, helping people find information quickly and easily, a Citizens Advice spokesperson said.

The charity also had “a growing range of self‑help materials to support individuals before they reach crisis point”, they added.

The spokesperson said: “The new website reflects Citizens Advice Guernsey’s ongoing commitment to improving access to independent, confidential, and impartial advice, and to empowering people with the information they need to make informed decisions.”

The site was developed by Guernsey-based digital marketing company ClickSmith, with funding from the John Ramplin Charitable Trust.

It is now live at www.citizensadvice.org.gg.
