There’ll be lots of activities for children and young people, including a drag queen story hour, crafting with Iris & Dora and graffiti t-shirt making with the Youth Commission. All of the events will be free, but donation buckets will be dotted around for anyone who feels able to contribute.
Pete Turner of HSBC, which is sponsoring the Market Square activities, said: “We’re proud to be involved in Channel Islands Pride again this year and are looking forward to celebrating with Channel Islanders and colleagues.”
It is thought the Channel Islands’ celebrations could be the only Pride event in the British Isles to go ahead this year.
