Guernsey Police is appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place sometime between 08:20 and 17:15 on Monday 2 December.
The damaged vehicle was parked close to the entrance to the carpark in the 10-hour parking spaces and now has damage on its rear left hand wheel arch and rear left hand passenger door.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC 159 Bourgaize at Guernsey Police Station on 725111 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
