Police officers are seeking witnesses to a reported incident of malicious damage in which a vehicle struck a motorbike in a supermarket car park.
Officers said that, between 1.15pm and 1.30pm on Monday, a black “Jeep-style” vehicle attempted to exit the St Helier Coop Grand Marché car park by driving around a pillar to access the ramp.
However, in doing so, it struck a motorbike parked at the top of the ramp.
The impact caused the motorbike to fall into a nearby moped, resulting in both vehicles falling and sustaining damage, the force explained.
The driver of the vehicle was described as a female in her 50s.
