Jersey may have landed more places in a list ranking the top 10 seafood restaurants across the British Isles, but it was a Guernsey eatery that took home the Channel Islands’ highest honour.

The larger island was named as best overall for seafood, with five Jersey restaurants featured in the top 10 for seafood in the British Isles – outnumbering Guernsey’s three.

But Guernsey’s Le Nautique Restaurant secured the highest Channel Island rating at second place, with Jersey’s Mark Jordan at the Beach taking the third spot.

In Jersey, Roseville Bistro and Bass & Lobster secured fourth and sixth place respectively, with Bistro Rosa at seventh and Crab Shack St Brelade rounding off the list in tenth place.

Guernsey’s Hook and the Saltwater Restaurant were placed eighth and ninth.
