Guernsey Police have confirmed that enquiries are continuing, six weeks after a policeman was arrested on suspicion of committing an historic sexual offence.
A spokesperson had confirmed last month that a serving officer had been arrested in August and was suspended from duty while police enquiries continued.
The spokesperson has now confirmed those enquiries are ongoing and that there has been “no change” in relation to the wider matter.
No other details are known at present.
