Islanders have one more day to make an ‘egg-ceptional’ difference this Easter by donating eggs or small gifts to support local women and children affected by domestic abuse.
Customers are being asked to drop off donations at de Gruchy’s concierge desk in the beauty department on the ground floor until Thursday 17 April.
The gifts will be distributed by domestic violence charity Freeda to families staying in their safe house, as well as to others they support in the community.
Simon Youden, store director at de Gruchy, said: “We are proud to support Freeda in their vital work and this Easter appeal is a simple yet meaningful way for the community to come together and make a difference.
“Every donation, big or small, will help bring a smile to the women and children Freeda supports.”

The campaign is part of the department store’s partnership with Freeda.
