They are due to arrive in the island in November.
Waterpod, a British company specialising in eco-friendly floating accommodation, was chosen to build and install the pods.

Harbour Master, Captain Bill Sadler, said: “We went to see the Waterpods under construction in Berkshire and what struck us was the high-quality of the build, and the feeling of space inside them.
“We were pleased to see the sustainable materials the Waterpod team are using and are looking forward to seeing the pods delivered and installed onsite.”
The Director of Waterpod, Tom Luke, added: “Our team has taken a huge amount of pride in building these first two Waterpods for Jersey which are nearing completion.
“There have been a few unique design challenges, including how to deal with wastewater given the large tidal range in Jersey. We have developed a custom system, with extra resilience, to ensure reliability all year around.
“We anticipate delivering the pods in November and can’t wait to see what people think.”
The floating pods are being thermally insulated to ensure maximum energy efficiency and year-round comfort.
They also feature air-source heat pumps for efficiency and photovoltaic solar panels to generate their own electricity.
