Saville was represented by Advocate Julia-Anne Dix, who entered ‘guilty’ pleas to all three charges on his behalf.
The defence lawyer also made a bail application which was ultimately refused by the Court.

Crown Advocate Emma Hollywood, prosecuting, asked that the case be adjourned until Saville is sentenced on 24 April.
Deputy Bailiff Robert MacRae was presiding, accompanied by Jurats Jane Ronge and Pamela Pitman.
The defendant was remanded in custody to await his sentencing date.
