In total, Nursaw was charged with possessing 253 indecent images, distributing 103 of the images over the internet and downloading 68 onto his mobile phone.

Advocate George Pearce represented Nursaw and indicated his client’s guilty pleas.
The Court was told that the offending took place between June 2018 and January of this year.
Crown Advocate Emma Hollywood appeared for the prosecution and informed the Court that, due to Nursaw’s admission, he will automatically be placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register.
