Police say they are still investigating the exact cause of the accident, but they think a 74-year-old man had also got out of his car, a black automatic x-type Jaguar, but left it in the ‘drive’ setting, and it drove itself into a 54-year-old man stood by his silver BMW.
The accident happened just before 2 pm last Thursday.
The 54-year-old was taken to A&E, but was discharged later that afternoon and is not thought to have any life changing injuries.
