Islanders are invited to undertake either the 10k ‘Full Moon Walk’, which goes along the Victoria Avenue waterfront to La Fregate and back, or the 5k ‘Half Moon Walk’, where walkers can turn around at Coronation Park.
There will be a water station at La Fregate for the ‘Full Moon’ walkers, and hot drinks and cakes to greet everyone at the finish line at St Brelade’s Parish Hall.

Michelle Nelson, Deputy Director of Palliative Care Services who has worked for Hospice since 1991, said: “We’d love for as many people as possible to experience it with us – to take some time to think about those they’ve loved and lost and celebrate their lives.”
She added: “The Moonlight Walk is always a special event for us and many of our supporters. There is something particularly heart-warming to start walking as the sun goes down on one of our longest summer evenings and see the moonlight start to reflect off the sea as we approach La Fregate.”
Registration is £10 for adults, £5 for children or £25 for families (two adults, two children) and can be completed online.
Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of £30 through sponsorship.
