It was open to all children island-wide aged six months to five years old, who had their photo taken by Vince at M&S last month in return for a donation to Brightly.
Talking about why he chose to hold the photo contest, Vince said: “After the stress of the last couple of years, I wanted to do something to cheer everyone up, support local families who may be struggling and also support a fantastic local children’s charity. I hope that my photo contest will encourage lots of community support and after all, seeing a child’s smile is one of life’s greatest joys!”

The winners have now been revealed…
Felix Woolley
Smiley Felix has been crowed ‘Child of the Year 2022’, and will receive a large prize bundle including a two-hour photoshoot at Vince’s New Street studio, a 16″x12″ canvas print and £100 of M&S kids vouchers.
Arthur Tardivel
In second place, Arthur’s family will receive a £50 M&S Kids voucher.
Ryley-Winter Porter
Ryley-Winter’s family will also receive a £50 M&S Kids voucher.
