RE-DETAIL has adapted their process so that they follow the strict guidelines set by the States of Guernsey. This will allow them to open and reduces the risk of spread of Covid-19.

They are pleased to announce that it is open for business with extended opening hours which can be seen on their booking system. The following measures will be put in place for both their staff and customers:

Office and workshop: This will still be closed for walk-ins. Please call the office or email to arrange dropping off your vehicle. Alternatively, message them on their Facebook page and they will respond as soon as they can.

Vehicle drop-offs: This will be zero contact, with key drop off points arranged. They will notify you of this on the arrangement of your appointment, as will the collection process.
 
Mobile work: They will arrange to leave the vehicle unlocked or keys put in a safe place outside for us to access. The key will be sanitised before and after we touch them.
 
Payment: They have an online booking system which takes payment when booking online. Other work that they do which doesn’t get booked in via the booking system will be emailed an invoice. Payment can be sent by BACS.

Vehicles surfaces: They will be sanitised on arrival and on completion for any interior work they do or need to move the vehicle to work on. 

RE-DETAIL is also still offering free delivery on all cleaning products and hand cleaner (sanitiser) on their shop site. New stock arrives each week.
