Mike Batiste and Kris Allen also forced a shake up of the list with their performances.
They came in at 2.32:50 and 2.40:32 respectively, with Guernsey’s 11th and 20th fastest marathons of all time.

Lee Merrien still holds the title of completing Guernsey’s fastest ever marathon.
His 2.13:41 effort in London at the 2012 Olympics secured him 17th place overall. He was first British man on the day too.
Ryan Burling and Peter Bourgaize ran Guernsey’s 2nd and 3rd fastest ever marathons on the top 25 list, in 2018 and 1985, while 4th placed Rick Weston ran 2.28:18 in Manchester earlier this year.
The longest standing entry on Guernsey’s ‘All time’ marathon list is David Kreckeler’s 1965 effort in Port Talbot. His 2.29:45 time is just one second faster than Priest’s effort in Valencia this week, keeping Kreckeler in 6th place overall.
Guernsey’s fastest ever woman over the marathon distance remains Louise Perrio, who set the record of 2.49:59 in Frankfurt in 2017.
New entries were recorded on the list earlier this year, by Sophie Cowley, Vanessa King, Laura Cornelius, Lindsey Sword, and Laura Gilbert.
Cowley ran 3.02:29 in Chicago in October, putting her 9th on the all time fastest Guernsey marathon list.
King ran 3.03:50 in London in April, putting her 11th on the list. She was running in Valencia on Sunday but is understood to have had an accident early on in the race, before recovering to finish in 3.12:50.
